Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Handle customs-related activities, including import and export manifests.
• Prepare and process customs declarations.
• Monitor customs submissions, rejections, and approvals.
• Investigate and resolve House Bill mismatches.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs regulations.
• Follow standard processes and implement new requirements communicated by management.
• Complete all required functional training in a timely manner.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
