Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and operational teams.
- Analyze, map, and optimize cargo handling business processes.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with development, quality assurance, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Ensure delivered business solutions align with operational objectives and business requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, project documentation, and status updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong experience within Cargo Handling
