We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Lead business process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process enhancements.
- Support digital transformation projects across business functions.
- Work with SAP PP, MM, SD, and QM modules to improve business processes.
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare process documentation, reports, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process improvement and digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
- Experience working with SAP PP, MM, SD, and QM modules.
- Expertise in process mapping and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development.
- Experience implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and organizational abilities.
