Job Description Job Purpose

Provide operational, analytical and coordination support to enhance manager effectiveness, ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up of deliverables and efficient execution of department objectives

• Support project planning, schedules, meeting minutes, action tracking and documentation.

• Assess, validate and develop SOPs, process maps and governance documents

• Coordinate follow-ups across Provider Relations and cross functional teams.

• Prepare weekly dashboards, milestone tracking and status reports.
• Support the department's risk management activities by maintaining risk registers and tracking mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with compliance, governance, and risk stakeholders to facilitate required assessments and reporting.
• Monitor action items related to internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements.
• Assist in documenting controls, policies, procedures, and compliance evidence.
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and ensure timely closure of assigned activities
