Event Specialist (Tamheer Program

We are looking for a driven Tamheer Trainee - Event Specialist to join our Event Management team and develop hands-on experience managing events end-to-end.

• Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and PO follow-ups.
• Support/lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues.
• Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure.

A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills who is eager to take ownership of events.

• Must meet Tamheer program requirements.
• Resident in Jeddah.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Not registered in GOSI during the last six months.
