Account Manager Hajj & Umrah

A leading transport and mobility services provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager – Hajj & Umrah to drive commercial growth and manage end-to-end pilgrimage transport operations. The role combines sales leadership, account management, and operational coordination to ensure high-quality, profitable, and compliant service delivery during peak seasonal operations.

• Lead Hajj & Umrah sales pipeline development, preparing quotations, negotiating within approved guidelines, and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
• Manage key client accounts and group movements across airport transfers, intercity transport, holy sites operations, buses, and limousine services.
• Translate client requirements into executable transport plans including schedules, vehicle allocation, manifests, and service follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with operations, dispatch, fleet, finance, and shared service interfaces to ensure seamless execution, documentation accuracy, billing support, and trip closure.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, and KSA Hajj & Umrah operational regulations.
• Supervise and coach account executives/coordinators, ensuring quality standards, workload distribution, and operational discipline.
• Support seasonal demand planning, capacity forecasting, contingency arrangements, and escalation management during peak periods.
• Analyze lost business, client feedback, service performance, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage reporting on pipeline, revenue, margin performance, bookings, service delivery, and operational KPIs, escalating risks when required.
• Support VIP movements, emergency planning, special pilgrim operations, and additional management assignments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Transport Management, Tourism, or related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in KSA transport or Hajj & Umrah operations, including sales/account management and field coordination.
• Strong understanding of pilgrimage transport workflows, quotation cycles, manifests, fleet/dispatch operations, and route planning across Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and airports.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills, with high cultural sensitivity and ability to work during peak seasons.
