Job Title: Business Analyst – Cargo Domain
Experience: 6+ Years
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in the Air Cargo/Cargo Handling domain
- Familiarity with API integrations and system interfaces
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Good understanding of cargo operations, shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cargo management systems or airline cargo operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools.
- Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and product teams.
