Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing the agreed promotional and pricing strategy.
- Assortment & Listing:Ensure product assortment is updated and aligned across all platforms, with timely onboarding of new SKUs and seasonal launches.
- Campaign Execution:Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, and campaigns in coordination with marketing and the platform teams.
- Data & Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and market share to identify opportunities and propose corrective actions.
- Stock Management:Collaborate with supply chain and customer service to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
Proactively follow up on all payment collections, resolve invoice disputes, request breakdowns of payments, and ensure balance confirmations are shared with the finance team regularly.
- Content Management:Work with brand and media teams to ensure product listings are optimized with proper images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure cohesive operations and budget alignment.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the e-commerce space.
