Maersk seeks a proactive Fulfillment Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers in Jeddah. You will build strong relationships, understand business needs, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service to ensure service levels are met.
You will lead business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs), analyze data for recommendations, support onboarding of new customers and drive continuous improvement.
