Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the day-of coordination. This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets
• Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, decor, entertainment, etc.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding day including setup, vendor management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a wedding planner or in event planning preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
