Wedding Planner
As a wedding planner, your main responsibility will be to assist couples in planning and executing their dream wedding in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as catering, venue rental, decorations, entertainment, etc.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day.
• Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodation, and guest management.
• Advise clients on wedding etiquette and cultural norms in Saudi Arabia.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and ideas in the wedding industry.
• Ensure all contracts are signed and payments are made on time.
• Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venues.
• Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the event.

• Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Previous experience as a wedding planner or event coordinator is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local customs and traditions related to weddings in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on event schedules. The salary for this position is $1200 per month without accommodation.
