We're looking for a Senior Experiential Designer
, a design-driven thinker who defines the look, feel, and spatial identity within our events, exhibitions, and activations.

As part of the Creative Division, the Senior Experiential Designer is responsible for shaping the aesthetic direction and spatial design of every experience we create.

You'll craft how a space looks, feels, and flows, from fit-out and furniture to decor, floral styling, lighting, and material selection to all related elements
. You'll lead the concept development process, turning creative ideas into tangible atmospheres through mood boards, sketches, and visual direction. Your concepts will be developed with enough clarity, creativity, and technical understanding that our 3D designers can bring them to life exactly as envisioned and step in with 3d designs when needed.

• Define and develop the look & feel for events, brand activations, and experiences.
• Create concept narratives, mood boards, and visual directions that express the project's story and emotional tone.
• Design the spatial layout and flow in collaboration with the Experience Creative team.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, colors, furniture, décor, lighting, florals, and props that define the aesthetic identity.
• Develop fit-out concepts
  , staging elements, and scenic setups aligned with the creative direction.
• Produce sketches, annotated visuals, and design references to communicate ideas clearly to the 3D team.
• Collaborate closely with 3D Designers to ensure the final renders accurately reflect the creative intent.
• Work with Project Management and Production to review samples, materials, and on-site styling for consistency and quality.
• Support proposals and client presentations with compelling visual storytelling and concept decks
  .
• Stay up to date on spatial, material, and color trends to inspire fresh and relevant design solutions.

• + 5 years of experience in experiential design, events & exhibitions design, interior styling, or spatial concept development
  .
• Proven portfolio showcasing event environments, exhibitions, installations, or brand activations
  .
• Strong creative eye for composition, ambiance, and detail
  .
• Proficiency in Sketch Up, 3ds MAX AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Vray or similar design tools.
• Ability to sketch and visualize concepts clearly (hand or digital).
• Solid understanding of materials, fabrication, and installation methods
  .
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills with creative and production teams.
