The Creative Director will oversee the full creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring that every project aligns with brand strategy, storytelling goals, and the agency's standard of excellence. Working closely with strategy, content, and production teams, this role is at the heart of transforming insights into ideas that move audiences and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Creative Direction- Serve as the go to contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong, long term relationships.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, art directors, writers, and content creators.
- Set the creative vision for the agency, ensuring consistency in quality, tone, and style across all deliverables.
- Translate client strategies and briefs into innovative creative concepts and campaigns.
- Oversee all creative outputs, from visuals to copy to video storytelling, ensuring they meet strategic and brand standards.
- Direct the ideation and creative development of brand campaigns, social initiatives, and digital activations.
- Approve campaign concepts, storyboards, and creative treatments before presentation to clients.
- Collaborate with production and content teams to ensure smooth execution from idea to delivery.
- Maintain the balance between creativity, feasibility, and business objectives.
- Partner with Strategy and Account Management teams to understand client goals and translate them into creative solutions.
- Represent the creative vision in client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
- Act as a senior creative consultant for major clients, providing insights and direction on brand storytelling and engagement.
- Ensure creative work supports campaign KPIs and audience engagement objectives.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency within the creative department.
- Support business growth by contributing to pitches, proposals, and new client acquisition.
- Stay ahead of digital, social, and cultural trends to keep the agency's creative edge sharp.
- Introduce new tools, technologies, and creative techniques to enhance production and storytelling.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, originality, and creative excellence within the team.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Arabic and English is a must.
