Radio Specialist — Contract Role (Saudi Nationals Only)

Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ⏳ Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are seeking a skilled Radio Specialist
to manage and operate all radio communications for a
high-profile international football tournament
in the Kingdom. This is a site-based operational role critical to ensuring seamless, real-time communication across venues, teams, and event operations.

• Manage and operate two-way radio communications across all event venues
• Coordinate radio frequencies, channels, and communication protocols for operational teams
• Ensure reliable, uninterrupted communication between security, operations, broadcast, and venue staff
• Maintain and test radio equipment before and during the event
• Train staff and team members on proper radio use and communication procedures
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time solutions
• Maintain inventory, logs, and reports on radio usage and incidents
• Coordinate with IT and technical teams to ensure integration with other communication systems

  Saudi Talent (mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
• Proven experience operating radio communications for events, sports, or security operations
• Knowledge of radio systems, frequencies, and communication protocols
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Experience with multi-venue operations and large-scale events is highly advantageous
• Fluent in Arabic and English
