Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for trophies, awards, and recognition plaques. - 2
- Transform ideas into 2D and 3D design files ready for production. - 3
- Use graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW efficiently. - 4
- Utilize at least one 3D design software (Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D) to create prototypes and models. - 5
- Ensure high attention to detail in colors, shapes, logos, and typography. - 6
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and execution. - 7
- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines. - 8
- Incorporate feedback from management and clients to refine designs. - 9
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and propose innovative ideas. - 10
- Document and organize design files for easy access and future reference.
