Wedding Planner in Jeddah for Indian Nationals

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from venue selection to vendor management and everything in between. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in event planning and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Source and secure venues, vendors, and services within the given budget
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best deals for clients
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistics
• Provide creative ideas for décor, themes, entertainment, and more
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events on the day of the wedding
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of current wedding trends, traditions, and customs in India is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi or another Indian language is an asset
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

This job is located in Jeddah.
