As an Expert Motion Graphic Designer with exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills. This role requires mastery in motion graphics, animation, VFX, and video production, along with a strategic mindset to elevate the brand’s visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact projects, drive innovation, and mentor design teams to create top-tier motion content for various platforms.

• Conceptualize, design, and execute industry-leading motion graphics, animations, and video productions.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for motion design across digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the full production pipeline from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final output.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor junior, mid, and senior-level designers, ensuring continuous skill development and innovation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new animation techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all motion design projects while maintaining brand consistency.

• Mastery of motion design, animation, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Deep expertise in video editing, compositing, VFX, 3D animation, and post-production.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling animations and narratives.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing high-profile projects and delivering under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing top-tier motion graphics, VFX, and animation work.

• 8+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video production.
• Experience working with high-profile brands, agencies, or media production companies.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring design teams.

• High-end motion graphics, cinematic animations, and cutting-edge visual effects.
• Strategic storytelling and creative direction for marketing and branding.
• Advanced compositing, 3D animation, and interactive motion design.
• Leading innovation in motion design through AI tools, AR/VR, and real-time rendering.
• Team leadership, process optimization, and project scalability.

• Required:
