Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with the organization s brand identity
Design presentations and any communication materials
Create engaging graphics
illustrations
layouts
and visual assets
Ensure consistency of branding across all stakeholders and communication materials
Prepare designs for both digital and print production
Edit and enhance images
photos
and visual content as required
Stay updated on current design trends
tools
and best practices
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with Canva, or other digital design tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills
