As a Senior Product Designer based in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), you will take ownership and lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand business goals and customer needs, outline the problems and opportunities, and translate your solutions into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity production ready interfaces.

Day-to-day, you will create and iterate on designs, validate and defend your concepts, provide clear documentation for implementation, and ship high-quality experiences.

• Strong product design capabilities, with experience delivering end-to-end solutions in digital products.
• Practical experience in UX Research, gathering insights and translating them into actionable design decisions.
• Proficiency in UI Design, with the ability to create clear, accessible, and aesthetically cohesive interfaces that align with brand and design systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating design rationale clearly and working closely with product and engineering.
• Fluent in Figma and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and basic platform constraints.
• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design roles, including senior-level responsibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating the above requirements.

• Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or complex transactional products.
