A leading industrial company in the heavy manufacturing and metals sector seeks a highly strategic and operational Finance Director / Chief Accountant to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, reporting, and business transformation initiatives. This is not a traditional accounting role. We are looking for a finance leader with strong operational understanding, strategic thinking, and hands‑on industrial experience. The ideal candidate must understand factory operations, manufacturing costs, operational finance, and long‑term business growth.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Build advanced financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision‑making
• Evaluate multiple operational and investment scenarios and assess financial impact and business risk
• Develop executive‑level financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Monitor factory performance, production costs, inventory valuation, and operational efficiency
• Lead cost accounting activities and identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage and optimize financial operations through SAP ERP systems
• Develop Power BI dashboards for financial and operational analytics
• Support executive management with data‑driven financial insights and recommendations
• Build scalable financial controls, governance structures, and reporting processes
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Support IPO readiness, investment structuring, and capital market initiatives
• Lead and develop finance and accounting teams

• قيادة التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات وإدارة التدفقات النقدية
• بناء نماذج مالية متقدمة وإجراء تحليل السيناريوهات لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية
• تقييم عدة سيناريوهات تشغيلية واستثمارية وتحليل أثرها المالي والمخاطر المرتبطة بها
• إعداد تقارير مالية تنفيذية ولوحات مؤشرات أداء وتحليلات مالية وتشغيلية متقدمة
• متابعة أداء المصنع وتكاليف الإنتاج وتقييم المخزون والكفاءة التشغيلية
• قيادة أعمال محاسبة التكاليف وتحديد فرص خفض وتحسين التكاليف والهوامش الربحية
• الإشراف على التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية
• إدارة وتحسين العمليات المالية باستخدام نظام SAP ERP
• تطوير لوحات Power BI للتحليل المالي والتشغيلي
• دعم الإدارة التنفيذية برؤى وتحليلات مالية مبنية على البيانات
• بناء أنظمة رقابة داخلية وحوكمة وعمليات مالية قابلة للتوسع
• التنسيق مع المراجعين والبنوك والاستشاريين والجهات التنظيمية
• دعم جاهزية الشركة للإدراج في سوق المال والطروحات المستقبلية
• قيادة وتطوير فرق المالية والمحاسبة

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA preferred
• Strong experience in heavy industry, manufacturing plants, metals, mining, recycling, or industrial operations
• Proven experience in financial leadership and operational finance
• Advanced experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO)
• Strong Power BI, reporting, and financial analytics skills
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and industrial financial operations
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
• IPO, capital market, or corporate restructuring exposure highly preferred
