FRA Accountant – Financial Reporting & Accounting

As an FRA Accountant supporting the Financial Reporting & Accounting team, you will maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with internal controls, and deliver timely, high‑quality financial reporting that supports decision‑making across the organization.

• Collaborating with local and regional finance teams to ensure accurate books of accounts, timely reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
• Maintaining financial accounting records in SAP and Excel, verifying daily transactions, and ensuring data integrity.
• Preparing and supporting internal and external financial reports, including actuals, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX, AFCM, and local tax regulations, supporting audits, and maintaining required documentation.
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations—including bank accounts, fixed assets, and supplier confirmations—ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Experience:
  • 2–4 years in accounting or auditing, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Proven experience in financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvement.
• Technical

  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial systems, sub‑ledgers, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
