Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function for DP World Logistics in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic financial planning, accurate reporting, and strong budget management. This role safeguards company assets, ensures compliance with local regulations, and drives financial performance through leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead the budgeting process in coordination with the Finance Director, preparing templates and guidance for departmental heads.
• Consolidate budgets across the business and monitor adherence with variance analysis and corrective measures.
• Oversee timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Saudi regulations and accounting standards.
• Validate and review financial data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation.
• Direct the preparation of management reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor Cap Ex projects and cost studies for business cases and proposals.
• Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize working capital.
• Ensure compliance with KSA financial regulations, audit processes, and governance policies.
• Manage statutory and internal audits, resolving queries and adopting recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies including GOSI.
• Stay updated on financial policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure process alignment.
• Set KPIs for the finance team and mentor staff to improve capability and performance.
• Drive efficiency through process improvement and ensure a culture of accountability and continuous growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
• Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or CMA strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years of senior-level finance experience in a multinational or logistics/freight forwarding company (10-12 years preferred).
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
