Bank teller

Our rapidly expanding bank in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Indian bank teller to join our team. As a bank teller you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals and other financial transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain proper cash levels in teller drawer and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork.
• Keep updated on bank products, services and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bank teller or in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and MS Office.
• Must have a valid visa for employment in Saudi Arabia.

Competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
