Position: Investments Performance Manager
About the Role

Deploys effective measures to continuously monitor and optimize the performance of investments and assets across all transport modes and prevent exposure to financial under performance or loss.

Responsibilities

Develop monitoring tools to track the financial and operational performance of JTC's investment and asset portfolio across all transport modes.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to identify underperforming assets or investments and initiate corrective action plans.
Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure asset utilization and investment returns are maximized in line with strategic objectives.
Provide regular, data-driven performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Benchmark portfolio performance against industry standards to identify best practices and innovation opportunities.
Anticipate and mitigate risks of financial underperformance through proactive monitoring, forecasting, and scenario planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a closely related field. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in relevant line of work.
