We are seeking an exceptional Senior Investment Analyst to join our investment team at SIAD Holding. This role is designed for a high-caliber professional with strong experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, or principal investments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating new investment opportunities, leading financial and commercial due diligence, assessing acquisitions, monitoring portfolio companies, and supporting executive management in strategic capital allocation decisions.
This role requires outstanding analytical capabilities, advanced financial modeling expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence investment decisions at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end evaluation of investment opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop sophisticated financial models, business valuations, and investment cases for potential transactions.
- Conduct financial, commercial, operational, and strategic due diligence on investment targets.
- Prepare investment memorandums, board materials, executive presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees.
- Evaluate portfolio companies' performance and identify value creation opportunities to maximize shareholder returns.
- Perform industry assessments, market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analyses.
- Assess business plans, growth strategies, and investment risks across multiple sectors.
- Support M&A transactions, negotiations, deal structuring, and post-investment performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the Group's investment strategy.
- Build relationships with investment banks, advisors, consultants, private equity firms, and strategic partners.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, and market trends impacting investment performance.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing best-in-class investment processes and frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices, or Holding Companies.
- Proven experience evaluating acquisitions, strategic investments, and complex business opportunities.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Strong expertise in DCF, LBO, Comparable Companies Analysis, Transaction Multiples, and Scenario Analysis.
- Experience preparing investment committee papers and executive-level presentations.
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
Candidates with experience from top-tier strategy consulting firms, investment banks, private equity firms, sovereign funds, or leading holding companies will be highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, FMVA, or an MBA from a reputable institution are considered strong advantages.
