Title: Medium Enterprises Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking
Group: Corporate & Institutional Banking
Location: Jeddah
- Understands the clients’ requirements, assesses, discusses, and agrees on the deals’ desirability in coordination with Products and Credit partners, to ensure that business requirements are met and the client's investment is sustainable and consistent.
- Develop account plans in a consistent and timely manner to swiftly follow up on identified business opportunities and provide regular updates within the team about the portfolio's accounts development.
- Carry out the process of client coverage and origination through delivering the bank’s products and services including transaction services, debt markets, treasury, and Islamic banking products.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and manage their accounts under the guidance and support of the Team Leader.
- Hold regular meetings with portfolio clients and maintain ongoing dialogue with them to discuss their financial needs and introduce products and services.
- Acts as main point of contact for all clients in their portfolio to ensure appropriate service and effective resolution of issues.
- Keep aware of all the services and products the clients are utilizing from the bank, and issues, requests, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues in IBSA, SAB Takaful, Treasury, Global Transaction and Receivable Finance.
- Develop a close working relationship with all product partners in order to contribute to cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and execute a call program to evaluate risks, assess opportunities and maximize potential to cross sell products.
- Collect credit requests and documents from the clients and conduct initial analysis, to check plausibility against preliminary rejection criteria, and submits necessary documents to Credit partners.
- Ensure appropriate cross selling to achieve benchmarked returns on relationships, per segment standards.
- Prepare credit review applications and provide comments to the credit partners to ensure quality and completeness of all applications before approval.
- Ensure the quality of the credit portfolio is maintained by reviewing proposals and identifying and assessing all risks inherent in credit exposures including appropriate mitigants and KYCC.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance or any related major.
- +5 years of experience in Corporate Banking.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Credit Review.
