SVP Corporate Finance – Jeddah KSA Principal Objective

The principal objective of this position is to liaise with financial institutions (mainly banks) and provide debt arranging and debt restructuring services to the firm (including the firm Funds, the firm SPVs and Portfolio Companies), and to independent non-related clients.

This encompasses initiating and negotiating with creditors, obtaining indicative term sheets, finalizing documentation, securing credit committee / BoD approvals, conducting periodic reviews and developing effective debt management plans, among other related activities.

The position requires a strong background in debt arrangement and negotiation, with excellent communication and analytical skills, in addition to providing high-quality work, including materials and quality documentation that will be recommended for management’s review and approval.

This position will also conduct advisory / IPO services work for the firm (including the firm Funds, the firm SPVs and Portfolio Companies) and for independent non-related clients.

Over time, this position is expected to contribute to increasing levels of insight to the workload, and to grow by taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide debt arrangement services, including debt restructuring, debt consolidation, and debt management/ planning.
  • Analyze client's financial situations, identify debt problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to achieve favourable financing terms.
  • Develop and implement debt management plans, including payment plans and debt repayment strategies.
  • Communicate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth debt arrangement.
  • Monitor existing loans, including tracking payments and compliance with loan agreements.
  • Attend to creditors’ queries regarding facilities annual reviews, and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide advisory and IPO services.
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field.
    Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in debt arrangement with a solid track record and an Executed Deal List.
    • Strong network with Relationship Managers, Team Leaders and Regional Managers at Financial Institutions.
    Skills Required
    • Strong knowledge of debt arrangement, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
    • Perseverance, teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
    • Expert level in MS Office, particularly Excel.
