Senior Manager Internal Audit

Ruya Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to identify an experienced Internal Audit professional for a senior leadership position.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic professional who can drive governance, risk management, and internal control effectiveness while partnering with executive stakeholders across the business.

• Leading the internal audit function across operational and technology environments
• Technology audit, IT controls, and digital risk assurance
• Governance, risk management, and internal control effectiveness
• Audit planning, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting
• Supporting a strong culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 5 to 8+ years of experience within Internal Audit in regulated financial services companies
• Exposure to board, audit committee, and executive stakeholders
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
• In support of nationalisation, this position is only open to nationals of Saudi Arabia
