Job SummaryRaytheon Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity for an early career finance professional in support of its Saudi Arabia Programs portfolio. As a member of our in‑Kingdom finance team, you will learn from a highly experienced group of peers and develop the skills necessary to launch a successful career in defense finance — including critical thinking and analysis, strong financial acumen, clear presentation of complex data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
This role is designed to develop local finance talent in alignment with Vision 2030 and Saudi Arabia’s defense industrialization goals. You will work closely with senior finance professionals and cross‑functional program teams to support financial planning, reporting, and execution across active programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer financial deliverables.
- Support monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasting.
- Assist in the development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs), including cost, risk, and opportunity analysis.
- Perform financial analysis to understand and explain variances to budget baselines.
- Collaborate proactively with program stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
- Support ad hoc financial investigations, analysis, and reporting as required.
- Typically requires A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field from a recognized Saudi or international university.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Energetic self‑starter with a proactive approach to learning and taking on new challenges.
- Experience or coursework in financial systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Interest in the aerospace, defense, or government contracting sector.
