Finance Manager

Overview

Finance Manager responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance for our Saudi Arabia entity. The role leads finance functions, oversees financial statements, manages cash flow, and provides analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and vendor registration.
• Supervise accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate external audits and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Develop and enforce cost control strategies and monitor financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommend actions to senior management.
• Oversee and mentor a finance team, ensuring professional development.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional finance certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Experience in finance management within Saudi Arabia or a similar regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑growing organization.
