Head of Finance

Are you an experienced finance leader looking for a broad country-level leadership role within a complex multinational environment

Our client is seeking a Head of Finance to take ownership of its finance and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia. Leading a team of approximately 10, this is a highly visible role covering financial management, accounting, treasury, tax, legal entity governance and operational effectiveness. Working closely with senior country and regional leadership, you will play a critical role in safeguarding strong financial controls while acting as a strategic partner to the wider business

Requirements

Given the breadth and seniority of the position, our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ financial management experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Strong experience operating within a complex, globally operating multinational organisation.
• In-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury and legal entity financial management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment, combined with excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
