Nami is an exclusive M&A platform for small and medium-sized business acquisitions in the GCC. We run signed sell-side mandates on vetted businesses and represent buyers actively looking to acquire, giving verified acquirers access to curated, pre-screened opportunities rather than market noise. Every process is confidential, professionally managed, and supported by an AI-native platform built for deal execution.
Role DescriptionThe Deals Manager, Buy-Side owns Nami's buyer side end to end.
You will win signed buy-side mandates from acquirers who are actively buying, then source and approach target businesses on their behalf, including owners who are not in a process. You will also own Nami Alliance, our invitation-only platform where verified acquirers get access to the mandates we have signed, and the standard for who gets in.
Alongside mandate origination, you will screen opportunities, run commercial and financial analysis, prepare deal summaries and recommendations, coordinate between buyers, sellers and advisors, support diligence and documentation, and keep every deal moving through the pipeline with accurate records on the platform.
