A reputable bank in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

• Greet customers and provide them with information on bank products and services
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, and other financial transactions
• Promote bank products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all banking policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of banking software
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
