Sr. Specialist - Compliance

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE
This role supports the execution of the organization's compliance program through monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities. This role assists in policy implementation, regulatory research, and compliance investigations while helping to maintain the company's adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct regulatory research and track changes in relevant laws and standards
• Help prepare and update compliance documentation (policies, manuals, reports)
• Execute compliance monitoring activities under manager supervision
• Perform testing of controls and document findings
• Support internal compliance audits and risk assessments
• Collect and analyze compliance data for reporting purposes
• Assist in investigating potential compliance violations
• Help prepare compliance reports for management review
• Support the development of compliance training materials
• Help deliver compliance awareness sessions to employees

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

GRC Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Information Privacy Professional, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance and governance specialist or related fields is preferred.
