Job Summary & Main Goal:
The accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They may also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Financial Reporting
Assist in preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Financial RecordingEnsure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Perform ReconciliationsReconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Budgeting/ForecastingAssist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Business partneringConduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Accounts Receivables/PayablesAssist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
ComplianceEnsure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
AuditCollaborate with auditors and prepare audit schedules.
ConfidentialityMaintain confidentiality of financial information.
(BS Accounting/Finance, ACCA)
Educational requirements and professional certificates (minimum):3+ years
