Designated Compliance and AML/CFT officer for Accurey Middle East LLC under the Capital Market Authority regulatory framework. CME-2 certification is mandatory under CMA regulation and non-negotiable. Saudi national — Saudisation (Nitaqat) requirement.
Serve as the designated Compliance and AML/CFT officer for Accurey Middle East LLC under the Capital Market Authority regulatory framework. Own all CMA, SAMA, and SDAIA-facing compliance obligations for the KSA entity and its capital market clients.
Responsibilities- Act as the registered Compliance and AML/CFT function for Accurey's KSA-regulated activities
- Ensure continuous compliance with CMA Implementing Regulations, the AML/CFT Law and Implementing Regulations, and the SAMA Cyber Security Framework where applicable
- Own PDPL compliance posture for the KSA Supabase instance — data residency, SDAIA breach notification timelines, data subject rights
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on PEPs and high-risk transactions; maintain the sanctions and PEP screening workflow
- Partner with the Strategic Advisor (SAMA Advisor, ISO/SASO Chairman) on regulator engagement
- Represent Accurey to CMA and SAMA in scheduled supervisory interactions
- CME-2 (Compliance and AML/CFT Certificate) — mandatory under CMA regulations; non-negotiable
- Saudi national (Nitaqat and Saudisation requirement)
- Five or more years in a compliance or AML/CFT role at a CMA-authorised institution (asset manager, brokerage, investment company, or bank)
- Fluent Arabic and English; able to read CMA circulars and SAMA rulebooks in Arabic
- Working knowledge of PDPL and SDAIA notification obligations
- CME-1 (General Securities Qualification Certificate) in addition to CME-2
- Prior experience in a Reg Tech or fintech environment
- CAMS or ICA Diploma as a second credential
