Position: Medical Sector Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Recruiter with a background in healthcare or medical studies.

The ideal candidate will leverage their medical knowledge to identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical and healthcare positions.

This role combines expertise in medical terminology with strong recruitment skills to ensure the right professionals join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospital positions:
    Recruit physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff for hospital departments.
  • Use medical expertise to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with clinical requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job postings.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, medical associations, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conducts interviews, leveraging medical knowledge to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate credentialing, licensing, and compliance checks for all hires.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and preparing reports for HR leadership.
  • Represent the hospital at career fairs and medical conferences to build talent pipelines.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR preferred; hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
