• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online degrees / diplomas are not accepted)
• Current Nursing (RN) license in North America, Western Europe, or Australia / New Zealand
• Specialty qualification related to area of expertise required. Evidence must be provided,
• Minimum of four years of current experience as a RN, including at least one years of current teaching / preceptoring experience in the specialty area, working in a mid- to large-size acute-care hospital setting in North America, Western Europe, or Australia / New Zealand.
• Experience as a preceptor for nurses; completion of preceptor course; teaching experience (in clinical or academic setting)
• Prefer clinical experience in Medical or Surgical

The Medical Unit provides care to patients above 13 years 11 months of age, meeting the criteria for admission. It is a 44 bed unit delivering care for all kind of medical patients i.e. renal, gastrointestinal, infectious disease, internal medicine, respiratory, rheumatology and endocrinology patients. The ward is divided into a northern side (10 double beds rooms, 2 single rooms, 1 radiation therapy room and 2 negative pressure double patient rooms) and a southern side (17 single patient rooms).
