Job PurposeAs an Oncology Account Manager at GSK, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our Oncology portfolio within your assigned territory. You will engage stakeholders, deliver patient-focused solutions tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs), and ensure timely access to GSK’s Oncology products for patients. This role involves implementing commercial strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong business relationships to improve patient outcomes.
YourResponsibilities
As part of GSK’s commitment to improving patient care, you will:
- Establish and strengthen relationships with Oncology Key External Experts (KEEs), healthcare institutions, and scientific societies.
- Deliver sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned territory while contributing to the country’s overall therapy area objectives.
- Implement commercial strategies, providing tailored solutions and becoming a trusted advisor to HCPs.
- Monitor product performance and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support campaign development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and medical standards.
- Drive end-to-end patient solutions, ensuring product availability and coordinating with supply chain teams.
- Support tender processes, pricing feedback, and access plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct effective external meetings with HCPs to deliver disease and product awareness.
- Prioritize resources through market segmentation and targeting to optimize activities in your territory.
- Build compliance knowledge and implement governance processes to ensure adherence to GSK’s codes, policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Foster strong business partnerships based on transparency, trust, and ethical values.
- Demonstrate authenticity, integrity, and commitment to GSK’s ethical values-based management.
We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications- Saudi National.
- Pharmacy degree with a minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialist (SCFHS) card is mandatory.
- Proven track record of performance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oncology experience is required.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Commercial acumen with business analytics and case development experience.
- Presentation skills to deliver high-quality scientific content effectively.
- Ability to manage a large geographical territory with a proven track record against KPIs.
- Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and readiness to embrace GSK’s innovative approaches.
- Commitment to ethical values-based management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willing to travel more than 40% of the time.
