Role OverviewThis dynamic position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our newly established Hematology franchise. You will be responsible for jointly developing and executing operational plans for new launches in Hematology, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experience, build advocacy, and achieve patient‑focused goals.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Plan Execution: Deliver brand operational plans with speed and quality. Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and educational programs aligned with GSK policies and local regulations.
- Customer Engagement: Spend significant time (up to 50%) in the field connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team, and gathering valuable market insights.
- Advocacy Building: Collaborate with healthcare societies to build reputation and advocacy for GSK Hematology products.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all promotional materials and activities meet GSK internal policies, country‑specific regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Training and Support: Work directly with the sales team to ensure effective training on brand messaging and promotional materials.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop creative strategies to engage healthcare professionals and influence customer behaviors positively.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry.
- Licensed pharmacist with valid SCHS certification.
- Proven track record in delivering high performance.
- Prior experience in Oncology/Hematology.
- Saudi National is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and organizational expertise.
- Commercial acumen with analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Oncology/Hematology Key External Experts.
- Marketing experience is advantageous.
