Position: We are searching for the best talent for the Product Specialist Hematology role to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Purpose

The main task of a Product Specialist in J&J Innovative Medicine is to represent us in front of healthcare professionals, ensuring our products are used based on their own merit and according to their clinical indications, while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. PS promotes registered products within registered indications to increase access in collaboration with other functions. This is achieved by detailing our product's value to serve more eligible patients.

You

will be responsible for

Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, ensuring sales are maximized and all sales processes are conducted in compliance with J&J standards, quality guidelines and local laws.

This is achieved through
  • Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs enlisted in his/her list (face to face, Email, Phone call, presentations when required, etc.) with quality and quantity aligned to CVT strategy and providing quality call feedback for each visit.
  • Achieving market share targets for the assigned territory.
  • Promote J&J Innovative Medicine's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.
Access Reach
  • Full Account Mapping, understanding the logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account stakeholders and decision-making processes within the account.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the Accounts (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers and Hospital Management).
  • Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.
Excellence in Execution
  • Fulfilling all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within the agreed timelines including updates to the database, accurate reporting of visits to HCPs with valuable call feedback, correct sample handling and continuous improvement of qualitative performance.
Knowledge & Compliance

Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors through:

  • Achieving results in scientific quizzes organized by CVT according to the manager’s expectations.
  • Attending all assigned training courses and capturing learnings showing improvement in technical and ethical business practices.
  • Organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using the correct CRM system as stipulated in related SOP.

Compliance with set guidelines, policies and SOPs of J&J and local regulations. This includes:

  • Local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy of business conduct and other J&J policies.
  • Pharmacovigilance rules for notifying Adverse Events & Product Quality Complaints.
  • Quality and compliance practices
  • Global fleet safety standards and local traffic laws
