Hilton Jeddah and Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take charge of two iconic properties on the Jeddah Corniche. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio, elevate luxury standards, and drive commercial success while fostering strong owner relations and team engagement.
About the ClusterLocated on the stunning Jeddah Corniche overlooking the Red Sea, Jeddah Hilton offers world class amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis and squash courts, and a kids club. Guests enjoy ocean view balconies and easy access to the Red Sea Mall, downtown Jeddah, and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Al Balad.

The RoleAs General Manager, you will lead two iconic properties-Hilton Jeddah and Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq-ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and world class luxury service delivery. You will manage a high performing executive team, exceed guest expectations, and tactfully navigate owner relationships while driving strategic repositioning and commercial growth. This exciting position involves full accountability for hotel operations, financial performance, and team engagement.
You will deliver on hotel targets, achieve sustainable profitability, and meet owner expectations while elevating guest experience and maintaining Hilton's brand standards.
- Manage and lead hotel operation
- Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue, guest satisfaction and Team Member engagement goals are met and exceeded
- Elevate guest experience scores, with a strong focus on luxury service standards
- Lead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment
- Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel and Hilton
- Deliver achievable hotel budgets, and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property
- Provide exceptional leadership to hotel Team Members focusing on Hilton culture and values
- Lead in all aspects of business planning
- Comply with and exceed Hilton Brand Service Standards
- Ensure costs are controlled
- Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within Hilton
- Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement
- Established and seasoned General Manager with experience leading large and complex hotel operations, ideally looking after cluster hotel operations. Luxury segment GM experience is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to collaborate and foster networks and relationships, with owners, contractors, and corporates - must be highly visible.
- Innovative commercial mindset, with experience in maximizing profitability across luxury and MICE business.
- Proven expertise in large scale Food & Beverage and Banqueting operations, with the ability to elevate quality standards, innovate offerings, and drive profitability across large scale and luxury F&B outlets.
- Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey and instilling the Hilton culture and values
- Proven owner/stakeholder management, demonstrating tact, resilience, and sound judgment.
- Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- In depth knowledge of hospitality and luxury service standards
- Recent GCC working experience preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- English language mandatory
