A luxury hotel in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to manage pastry production in their French Cafe. The successful candidate will ensure that all pastry products meet the hotel's standards, contribute to the success of outlet and banquet offerings, and execute high-quality desserts. A professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialization and a minimum of 2 years in a similar role are required.

Creativity and administrative skills are a must for achieving operational excellence.
