The Night Manager ensures that the overnight shift operates smoothly, overseeing guest services, maintenance, and team performance. Responsibilities include supervising the overnight staff, handling guest and staff incidents, executing night audits, and providing feedback to management.

• Supervise the overnight shift team in hotel operations.
• Meet and greet late arrivals and early departures to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle any guest/staff incidents during the night shift and report with detailed incident reports.
• Execute the overnight task list for all hotel systems, ensuring night audits and close day are done per guidelines.
• Have working knowledge of general hotel operations, OPMS, and front office systems.
