We are looking for an experienced Venue Catering Manager to oversee catering and hospitality operations for a large‑scale sporting event
. The role will focus on delivering high‑quality food and beverage services across event venues while ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates with strong local market knowledge and experience working on large venues or live events.

• Manage end-to-end catering operations across assigned venue(s)
• Coordinate with catering partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee food quality, service standards, hygiene, and operational compliance
• Manage catering for VIP areas, hospitality lounges, athletes, workforce, and public concessions
• Monitor staffing, service schedules, and peak operational periods
• Ensure alignment with event standards, brand guidelines, and sustainability requirements
• Handle on‑site operational issues and real‑time problem solving
• Prepare operational and performance reports during and post‑event

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food & beverage operations
• Experience in sports events, stadiums, or large‑scale events is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of high‑volume catering environments
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, live‑event settings with flexible schedules
• Familiarity with local regulations and operating standards in Saudi Arabia
