Job Overview
The VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist sits at the intersection of revenue generation and premium guest experience at Al Ahli Club Company.
This dual-purpose role is responsible for both selling and operating the Club’s VIP and hospitality products, including Sky Boxes, Gold, and Silver sections.
From closing sales to coordinating catering and ensuring a flawless premium matchday experience, this individual owns the VIP product from first contact to final whistle.
The role demands a unique blend of commercial sharpness and operational excellence, ensuring that high-value guests receive a world‑class experience every time they visit the stadium.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of VIP and hospitality packages, including Sky Boxes, Gold, and Silver sections, through proactive outreach, relationship building, and renewals.
- Own the matchday delivery of all VIP sections, ensuring every detail from setup to guest arrival and post‑match service meets premium standards.
- Coordinate catering, F&B service, and vendor logistics for all VIP and hospitality areas on matchday.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with high‑value clients, corporate buyers, and VIP guests.
- Work closely with the VIP & Hospitality Operations Sr. Specialist to ensure consistent quality across all premium touchpoints.
- Track VIP sales performance, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction, reporting on revenue contribution and renewal trends.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell, and develop new premium products or experiences.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to integrate sponsor activations within VIP and hospitality areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in VIP sales, hospitality management, or premium account management, ideally in sports, luxury events, or high‑end hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and deliver premium experiences to high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Hands‑on experience managing matchday or event‑day operations in a hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with C‑suite and VVIP guests.
- Strong sales acumen with a client‑centric, service‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage logistics under pressure on matchday.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to premium quality standards.
- Comfortable managing both the commercial and operational sides of hospitality.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
