Job Description / Role:

As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and professional delivery of services to hotel guests at Swissôtel Living Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing service delivery in strict adherence to brand service standards
• Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, with meticulous attention to detail
• Participating fully in departmental training sessions to enhance professional skills and elevate service levels
• Engaging with guests in a professional and courteous manner to maximize guest satisfaction
• Contributing to the hotel’s financial performance through efficient and high-quality service

Experience

Required:

Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.

Skills Required:

• Basic English skills
• Strong passion for the Hospitality Field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers
• Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
