Role Overview

Join our Jeddah team as a Senior HR Consultant, advising clients on HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and strategies aligned with Saudi Labour Law and Vision 2030. Report to the Regional HR Director, drive impactful solutions for KSA/GCC clients in high-growth sectors like construction, tech, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop/implement HR policies compliant with Saudi regulations (Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI).
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance systems.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and Saudization strategies.
  • Design engagement programs, training, and OD initiatives.
  • Advise on compensation, talent planning, and C-suite HR strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 8+ years HR experience; 4+ in consulting (KSA/GCC preferred).
  • Expertise in HR policies, employee relations, labor laws.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership skills.
  • Certifications:

    SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHRi (preferred).
  • Plus:
    Employee engagement/OD experience;
    Arabic fluency.
