Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments to employees, utilizing payroll software to streamline operations and reduce errors.
  • Maintain employee records by updating payroll information, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, which helps mitigate legal risks.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure all new hires and terminations are processed accurately and promptly, facilitating smooth transitions for employees and the organization.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management, providing insights into labor costs and trends, which aids in strategic decision-making.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and provide clear explanations, ensuring transparency and trust in the payroll process.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes to identify areas for improvement, enhancing the overall efficiency of payroll operations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during payroll audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to established standards.
