We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain organizational structures, including organization charts and salary scales.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor SLA frameworks for HR and organizational processes.
  • Lead transformation programs to improve efficiency, culture, and business performance.
  • Manage and coach the HR/OD team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead succession planning, talent development, and learning & development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience in working with mid to large organizations (1000+ employees).
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, salary structures, and HR policy development.
  • Strong experience in succession planning, learning & development, and transformation programs.
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of SLA frameworks and how to implement them.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent or Professional spoken in both English & Arabic

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and organizational management tools.
